- 2000–2010
- IL&FS pioneered the integration of Environmental and Social considerations into project development, setting industry standards.
- IL&FS Ecosmart Ltd (formerly Ecosmart Limited) was established in 2000 to provide environmental and social services.
- IL&FS Ecosmart expanded its portfolio to include geospatial services for government, private, and public sectors.
- 2011-2015
- In 2011, IL&FS Ecosmart Ltd. amalgamated with IL&FS Environmental Infrastructure & Services Ltd. (IEISL) and three other IL&FS subdivisions.
- IEISL expanded globally to over 15 countries and added advisory services to its product line.
- IEISL executed large projects for Indian central and state governments and prominent private sector projects.
- 2016-2020IEISL achieved significant milestones, including Land Parcel Digitization for Indian states, Acquisition & Digital Map Modeling in Africa, and Strategic Planning & Operations in the telecom sector.
- 2021-Present
- EverEnviro Resource Management Pvt Ltd. acquired IEISL, renaming it Indo Enviro Integrated Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
- In February 2022, Arahas Technologies Pvt Ltd (100% subsidiary of Ever Enviro) was carved out, further bolstering capabilities.
- In May 2022, Arahas received the entire Geospatial Business from Indo Enviro, commencing independent operations on June 1, 2022.
- Arahas signed an MoU with the Ayodhya Development Authority (ADA) to develop a Vedic Sustainable Index supported by AI.
